3CX Web Client
You should have all received a Welcome letter from HR with your 3CX details.
Before you can use the Web Client there are a few things that you need to change.

- Set Camera to Allow if you want to use the camera or leave it as blocked
- Set Microphone to Allow
- Set Notifications to Allow
- In the 3CX Web Client click on the 3 dots on the left Menu
- Click on Settings


- Click on Audio/Video
- Use this device for calls – use the drop down box to select Browser (127.0.0.1)
- Ringer – use the dropdown box to select your headset or other device
- Camera – If you have allowed camera access and have a camera use the dropdown box to select your camera.
- Speaker – use the dropdown box to select your headset.
- Microphone – use the dropdown box to select your headset
- Headset Integration - select your headset, then click on the Connect Headset button. It should turn green and change to connected.
- Click on Team on the left menu to come out of settings.
