I've been away (holiday or sick) and can't log in.

Have you checked that you are loging in as you? Your name should show above where you are typing your password. If not click on "Other user" in the bottom left of the screen and enter your user name. (This should be first name.surname eg Chris.Cooper)

Contact IT Support via the normal methods and ask for your account to be unlocked.
